At LeJour, each piece is crafted to be with you every day.
However, daily wear accumulates dust particles and can dull the brilliance of the diamond or the surface of gold and platinum.
Basic care can preserve and protect your piece of jewellery for many years. At LeJour, you have access to complimentary lifetime assessment and cleaning. Simply visit any of our boutiques with your LeJour piece and our team will handle rest!
Polishing
With exquisite craftmanship and the highest standards of quality control, your LeJour piece is designed to live with you.
Over time, however, if you do feel that your LeJour piece has dulled due to natural reasons and everyday use, our team will gladly assist you in restoring the shine of your jewellery.
This service does carry a minimal charge.
Repair
With daily use, some wear and tear is inevitable. In such situations, just contact us or visit any of our boutiques for assessment.
Once we assess the piece, we will provide you with an estimate, if applicable. If the estimation is acceptable to you, we will send you a payment request.
Upon receipt of payment, we will repair, maintain, and ship your jewellery within 7 working days. There are also some cases in which jewellery cannot be repaired or fixed because of the extent of damage caused.
In such cases, we will provide an estimate to remake your piece at a favourable rate. If you choose not to repair with us, we will ship the item back to you as received. Shipping charges may apply.
In the case that there is a quality issue from our side, and you have encountered a problem with your piece post purchase, our team will assess and rectify the error without any charges.
Kindly note, if there is any issue caused due to outside repair, the rectification of such damages will be chargeable as per the estimated quotation.
